Making time for yourself
Spend some time figuring out what your values or priorities are in life. Find time to do things that you enjoy, such as picking up a new hobby or reconnecting with loved ones.
Building your confidence
Acknowledge all the successes that you have achieved in life, no matter how big or small. Why not take a few minutes each day to write down something positive that you have experienced or achieved that day?
Staying connected
Talk to someone you trust, such as a friend who is also going through menopause. It can help to know that you’re not alone and many other women are also entering this next stage of life.
Being present in the moment
Try to practice being present in every moment in your life
by taking the time to notice your surroundings more and appreciate the positive parts of each day. This exercise
can stop you from worrying about the future or dwelling
on the past.
